Delivery and Refund Policy

All products from London Forex Open are shipped electronically. All sales are final.

Please note that for obvious reasons we do not offer refunds for software that is digitally delivered.

We aim to despatch all software in good working order and virus free.

We cannot be held responsible for the electronic damage of software caused by third party products such as e-mail scanners, anti virus blockers, servers etc.

If for any reason it is not possible for you to receive our software digitally, despite our best endeavors, we can alternatively arrange for software to be delivered directly to you on CD via international postal services for a minimal additional charge.
